I've been practicing yoga at home for a while but can't get too far in the poses that include arm strength other than planks. What should I do to accomplish these poses?
Hi fatgirltime,
You may or may not like my answer to this question because it is very simple: Practice, practice, practice.
Unless you have an injury or there is pain that is preventing you from doing these poses (not sure what these poses are), your strength will develop if you keep attempting them on a regular basis.
Be consistent, and you will see your strength and stamina increase.
Be sure to let me know if there are specific reasons why you cannot do these poses, and which poses they are so I can give you more specific advice.
